Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy & Terms:

US Domestic shipping only. 

We reserve the right to change shipping rates as necessary and invoice for upcharge for outlying locations of which shipping is considerably more than what was paid.  

TAT & Shipping Duration:

Custom services 30-45 DAYS TAT.

It is important to note that orders are not fulfilled until final payment is received. 

We primarily ship through USPS. All of our shipping is calculated based on estimated weight and package size. When shipping if your item is considerably more than what was paid we will contact you for the additional cost (this does not happen often).

Shipping methods: USPS, UPS & FEDEX.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges Policy: 

Custom products cannot be returned; these sales are final.  As with other product, sales are final unless damaged or defective.  

In the event you receive damaged or defective product you must notify us by email at wvqualityhome@gmail.com with your request, order number and picture and detailed description of the damaged or defective item within 3 days of receipt of your product to resolve the issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within specified time period.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and information regarding your refund or exchange. There is a 20% restocking fee of which will be deducted from refund. The purchaser is responsbile for return shipping costs. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wvqualityhome@gmail.com and please contact us for the correct return address.
